THE HONEYMOON

A performance installation that captures ‘The Honeymoon Period'—the intimacy and promise in the beginning of a relationship. The work, previously shown from Sydney's Performance Space to New York's PS122, is a study of affection and love, addressing how the headiness of love’s early days is universally experienced against a backdrop of change.

'The Honeymoon' contributes to a deeper understanding of social and emotional structures in contemporary relationships.

Therese’s piece was a considerable moment of much-needed intimacy for all who bore witness to it.
